Refund Policy
Effective date: June 4, 2026
This Refund Policy explains how UGCMedakits, doing business as UGCMedia Clips, handles cancellations, refunds, and billing issues for our subscription plans and one-time credit packs.
1. Free Plan
The Free plan does not require payment and is not eligible for refunds. You can use it to evaluate the full workflow before purchasing a paid plan.
2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee (First Purchase)
If you are unhappy with your first paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, provided you have used fewer than 30 credits during that period. This applies once per customer, to your first paid subscription only (monthly or annual).
3. Monthly Subscriptions
- ·You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals.
- ·After cancelling, you keep access to your plan and remaining credits until the end of the current billing period.
- ·Outside the 14-day first-purchase window, payments for billing periods that have already started are non-refundable, including partially used months.
4. Annual Subscriptions
- ·Annual plans are billed upfront and include the discounted annual rate.
- ·Within 14 days of your first annual purchase and with fewer than 30 credits used, you may request a full refund under the money-back guarantee.
- ·After the 14-day window, annual payments are non-refundable, but you may cancel renewal at any time and keep access until the end of your annual term.
- ·Founding-member annual rates are locked for as long as your subscription remains active; cancelling and resubscribing later may forfeit the locked rate.
5. Credit Packs
- ·One-time credit packs are refundable within 14 days of purchase only if the pack is entirely unused.
- ·Once any credits from a pack are used, the pack is non-refundable.
- ·Credit packs remain available while your plan is active and do not renew automatically.
6. Duplicate Or Incorrect Charges
If you believe you were charged in error, charged twice, or charged the wrong amount, contact us within 60 days of the charge and we will investigate and correct verified billing errors with a full refund of the erroneous amount.
7. Service Issues
If a verified outage or processing failure on our side consumes your credits without delivering usable output, we will re-credit your account for the affected processing minutes. Credits restored this way are not redeemable for cash.
8. How To Request A Refund
Email Support@ugcmediaclips.com from the email address on your account and include your account email, the date and amount of the charge, and a short description of the issue. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
9. Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — most billing issues are resolved within one business day. Accounts with active chargebacks may be suspended while the dispute is investigated.
10. EU / UK Consumers
If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. By starting to use paid features immediately, you request immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is lost once the service has been fully performed, and that any partial-use refund may be reduced proportionally to usage. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
11. Changes To This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes apply to purchases made after the updated effective date.
